The
Chef
You
can also book a fully catered holiday at chalet La Rose.
The
hole week a continental breakfast, a snack or cake after skiing and a
three course diner, with all drinks during all meals included, will be
served.
The
food and serving will most of the times be undertaken by Gerard Dekker, former co-owner
of Hotel New York in
Rotterdam, where he worked as Food and Beverage Manager. He swapped the busy life
in the hotel world for a (more) quiet life in the mountains with his
wife and child. Should Gerard be
cooking somewhere else another highly qualified (and passionate!) chef
will be in the kitchen and take care of you.
Breakfast
Is
continental
and it will always contain croissants!
It
will be layed out on the table at a for you convenient time.
Afternoon
skiing snack
Could
be either sweet like a cake but also savery like
a cheese plateau or home made pizza slices. You can tell us in advance
what you prefer.
Dinner
Dinner
is a three course meal of the French/Italian kitchen served with good
wines. Other drinks during diner are also included.
All
meals are cooked with care and fresh ingredients and also here we can
discus your preferences.

Dinner time is set
by you and if you like children can eat in advance.
Wednesday nights the chef has his night off. He can book a good restaurant for you. Breakfast will be served as usual that day.
